The Phi Sigma Kappa Alumni Association of Northern Illinois University exists to foster the best possible learning community for our undergraduate members. The association is comprised of a board of directors, who volunteer their time to provide governance and guidance to all members of the undergraduate chapter.

Our alumni board was founded in 1971, and it produces exceptional officers at the local and national fraternity levels through adherence to our cardinal principles: Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Character.
